Mondays 6.30pm – 30 mins, $22
Wednesdays 1pm* – 20 mins, $16.50 (*very gentle movement class)
Thursdays 6.30pm – 30 mins, $22

These classes are a little different to your standard group fitness class, here’s how:
Everything is done for time (eg single leg exercise for 40 seconds) so no one is left behind
Exercises are grouped by type (eg upper body push, core etc), so you can (with guidance) choose the ones that are right for you
Free initial consultation to help you choose the movements you will do, and free PDF exercise selection guide
Friendly classes with no discussion of weightloss/diets etc
Encouragement to go at your own pace and according to your energy levels on the day
You can keep your camera off if you prefer to
No subscription required, so you only pay for the classes you attend
